Go West!

My regular readers ( I wonder if I still have any, oh well…) know that I love the west fjords of Iceland. Recently I went on a short and unexpected trip there, as a accompanying parent with my daughters choir. One of the parents that was supposed to go, fell ill at the last minute so I stepped in.

The tour was wonderful, the girls sang like angels as always and they looked great in their new uniforms and with the flower wreaths that they made themselves.

I did not take many photos in this trip, mostly of the girls singing etc. Being a parent on a tour like this is great fun, but also a lot of work.

Here is a little glimpse of my lovely west fjords, more later:

The west fjords and the north of Iceland are my destination/plan for 2015, if … ;-) With a son who met his love, a Chinese girl, in Iceland last year, both studying in Japan and in New Zealand right now I really wonder where I meet them next.
    Greetings, Karin

I’m a regular reader, though I don’t comment. Come for the embroidery, stay for the gorgeous photos of Iceland (I have visited twice from the US and fell in love). Congratulations on all of the graduations, as well!
